VPN unable to create the interprocess communication depot

在安装CISCO AnyConnect VPN时，出现unable to create the interprocess communication depot错误，错误产生的原因是Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)服务被启用，需要禁用该服务。

1. Click the Start button
2. Type: services.msc and press ENTER
3. Double-Click on Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)
4. Change Startup Type to Disabled
5. Reboot the computer
6. You can now try reinstalling the AnyConnect VPN client again.
